The Wenger Watch Family Marries Style with Unmistakable Quality
The same unerring craftsmanship and commitment to quality that have made Swiss Army knives a ubiquitous tool is evident in the Wenger Watch. Founded in the 1880’s when the Swiss Army began requiring all soldiers to carry a single-blade folding knife, Wenger now produces watches, footwear, outdoor gear, and travel gear in addition to the company’s famous knives.

Like the Swiss Army knife, the Wenger watch is designed to meet exacting military requirements and uphold under extreme conditions. Wenger watches are resistant to extremes in temperature, changes in altitude, and impacts. Any Wenger watch comes with a multi-year limited warranty, guarding against breakage or malfunction under normal conditions. The company will repair or replace any Wenger watch that exhibits defects in material or workmanship.

The Wenger watch line available for consumer purchase includes the same watches worn by the winning team is the Swiss Raid Commando (SRC), one of the most important military competitions worldwide. Wenger watches are reliable just like Timex watches and are designed to withstand the rigorous conditions faced by these soldiers, who undergo extreme commando exercises.

A series included in the Wenger watch line include the GST, a line of stylish watches with a bold yet simple design. Watches in the GST line feature striking black and silver detailing with leather or stainless steel bands, large numbers on an easy-to-read face, sapphire crystals, and sub-dials displaying 12-hour chrono function. The hands and markers illuminate for easier reading, and all models also include a date display.

The Commando style of Wenger watch is the same as those worn by the SRC. These expedition watches feature a mineral crystal and extras such as a fully illuminated face, tachymeters for measuring speed across a known distance, and locking circular slide rules. Some versions are also water resistant. Commando watches are available with leather or rubber straps, or stainless steel bracelets.

The AeroGraph line in the Wenger watch family offers more versatility in design; with leather straps available in brown or black with contrasting topstitch detailing. Versions such as the Cockpit Chrono feature a bold face with 12-hour chrono function sub-dials and illuminated hands.

The Mountaineer Wenger watch is made with a titanium casing to withstand the toughest expeditions. This men’s Swiss quartz watch features a unidirectional rotating bezel, diver’s buckle, and safety clasp. The Wenger watch company produces several other divers’ watches as well, such as the Batallion series, which feature luminous hands and markers and are water resistant up to a certain dept. Some models in the Batallion series also feature tachymeters and 30-minute chrono function sub-dials. The AquaGraph Wenger watch is designed for deeper diving. This series features unidirectional rotating bezels and rubber or stainless steel bands.

The TerraGraph Wenger watch is a stylish, sophisticated line featuring detailing such as genuine calfskin straps. The TerraGraph Dual-Time Power Reserve Alarm model features subdials that display power reserve measures, batty life, and day of the week, as well as a dual time zone internal bezel and a brushed case finish. The TerraGraph blue dial bracelet model, which is available in both men’s and ladies’ versions, features a striking blue face against a stainless steel casing. This model also displays military time and has a diver’s buckle and safety clasp.

The Alpine Swiss Rallye Wenger watch is a sporty style with tire tread rubber straps, contrasting red and black detailing, a tachymeter on the bezel, and 30-minute chrono function sub-dials.

Other lines in the Wenger watch family include the Ladies’ Sport series and the Standard Issue line, which offers the classic look the Wenger watch company is known for, along with stylish details like calfskin straps.

No matter which style of Wenger watch you choose, your watch is sure to provide precise timekeeping, resilient performance, and style for years to come. A name that’s been around this long is surely a name you can trust.
